As an accredited Transformational Health and Nutrition Life Coach, I provide tools, resources, and support to help you stay on track and focus on evolving and opening your mind to new possibilities.
We may also incorporate practices such as mindfulness approaches, stress reduction techniques, and positive psychology as a focus on your sense of purpose, striving to find your Ikigai (ee-key-guy) which is a Japanese concept that combines the term iki, meaning “alive” or “life,” and gai, meaning “benefit” or “worth.”
