Popular Group sessions currently used is the transition from a corporate career to starting your own business or transitioning into a new field of work which may be both exciting and challenging.  A step-by-step guide to navigating this process effectively is discussed, defining your vision and goals, research and plans.  The option of a "side hustle" whilst still employed is absolutely doable.  Coaching on how to prepare financially to cover living expenses for at least 6 to 12 months when starting, networking, business structure, budget wisely, reduce costs, funding, building your brand, prepare for the transition aka the crossover, and embracing the Entrepreneurial Mindset  

Adaptability - be prepared for ups and downs, a continued learning mindset, self-discipline, create a structure, and stay focused - if we not evolving we not living :-)
